Farrah Hamraie, L.Ac, MOM, Dipl.OM (NCCAOM), is a licensed and board certified in Acupuncture and Herbal medicine in the State of Texas with a Masters of Oriental Medicine from the Dallas College of Oriental Medicine. She is also a Diplomat of NCCAOM (the National Certification Commission for Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine), a Board Certified Acupuncturist, Chinese Herbalist, and a member of the American Association of Oriental Medicine.
With her compassion and concern for patients, she is dedicated to providing effective, comprehensive and exceptional care. She travels to different part of country and attend many training seminars every year to stay informed with the latest health advancements.
Farrah was raised in a family that tried a holistic approach before turning to western medicine, and first became interested in Chinese medicine when a close family member became ill and found true relief with acupuncture and Chinese Medicine.
She is passionate about using her training to improve the health and quality of the life of her patients. In addition, she works with her patients to make lifestyle changes that will improve their overall health; consulting such issues as nutrition and detoxification, exercise and physical health and wellness, as well as psychological and emotional well being.
In her free time, Farrah enjoys working with children, youth, reading, traveling, and spending time with her family.
